I agree with you Juliana, I also think that the best translation for "insurance money" is "dinheiro do seguro". What about the others? Do you agree with us?
So, just to check our choice. There is a very interesting tool on the web called "Google fight". If you are in doubt about which expression is more frequent in English, you just type the two "words" or "expressions" and as a result you get which one is the winner, which is more frequent at the web.
Let's try it. Enter the website Google Fight:

and check which is the winner: "insurance premium” X insurance prize”
There is another thing I want you to answer to me: How did you enjoy our experience of using the corpora and the web to help us in the translation task?

it doesnt tell me much, but its ok...
Its good to find out some clues about the most correct term...mainly in english using those tools...
I think ill keep using google, till the corpora to become more popular and with a nice interface...

I liked to see the expressions literally fighting... "Insurance premium" won!
Well, I liked to look for the expressions at different corpora. I've got surprised with the results; sometimes the use of the language is opposed to our intuition about it...
At this virtual class, I liked the most to use google for the searches, because it's an easy way for checking the use of language, and because it shows the number of the occurrences of each expression. I already used google when I had doubts in translating some words, and even when I had doubts about the use of some words in portuguese. Now, I know other ways of making this kind of search.
Thst's why I learned a lot at this class!
